I create functional pottery inspired by the handmade pieces I grew up with—simple, sturdy, and honest. My work focuses on utility, with pieces meant to be used and enjoyed daily. I generally avoid decoration, letting the shape of the clay and the movement of the glaze speak, and I embrace imperfections that highlight the human touch. For me, pottery is about the joy of making and the connection between the maker, the materials, and the user.
